A cool space. A happy place.
I started practicing yoga consistently in 2010 after I broke my neck in a car accident. I started practicing because I wanted to get back in shape but yoga has turned into a whole new way of living for me. I started teaching yoga in 2013. I am a 500-hour certified teacher and also E-RYT 200 (have taught over 1000 classes). I am currently studying with the Kripalu School of Yoga and Health in pursuit of a Yoga Therapist certification, studying under Joseph and Lilian Le Page. I draw inspiration from my classes from studying with Maria Mendola, Yogacharya Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, Jennifer Reis and Yogananda. My classes will focus on alignment, mindfulness, breathing, and other elements from my yoga therapist background. I also love putting together fun sequences and finding new ways to link poses together.
